Every report has a unique shareable URL. Anyone with the link can view the full report without creating an account.
How to share
- Open your report from the dashboard.
- Click the Share button in the report header.
- Copy the link that appears.
- Send it to your team, client, or developer.
The recipient sees the same split-screen view you see, with the site preview on one side and recommendations on the other.
Who can view shared reports
Anyone with the link. No sign-in or account is required. This makes it easy to share with developers, content editors, or clients who do not use AEOify.
Privacy considerations
Shared reports are accessible to anyone who has the URL. The URL is not guessable (it uses a random token), but once shared, you cannot revoke access to that specific link. Avoid sharing links in public channels if the report contains sensitive information.

- Can I revoke a shared link?
- No. Once a report link is shared, it remains accessible. Generate a new report if you need a fresh link.
- Does the viewer see my account information?
- No. Shared reports show only the analysis results, not your account details.
